Portican takes no percentage of your revenue. Your online store plan depends on your number of orders, and company websites have their own pricing. Hosting, backups and all 17 Engines are included in the plan. Payment gateway fees are set by your contract with the gateway provider.

Our team prepares the move: your catalogue, your customers with their addresses, and redirects from your old URLs to the new ones. Customers can sign in with their existing password if your old store exports it in bcrypt format. We confirm the scope after reviewing your current store. You can also bring the catalogue over from your product feed yourself, with a preview of the changes before anything is written.

An online store starts on the Free plan at €0, with no time limit. Paid plans run from €29 to €399 a month for the whole store, excluding VAT, and your order count decides which one you are on. We take no cut of your sales.
What happens after the 50th order on Free?
The store keeps accepting orders. You can see and process them once you move to a paid plan.
Do customer payments go through Portican?
No. The payment gateway is on your own contract and the money lands directly in your account. Card numbers never reach us.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. The contract has no fixed term and is billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period: write to us and we end the subscription. Before that, you can download your whole store as a ZIP yourself, and after the contract ends you can still request your data for 30 days.
Where is my data hosted?
Store servers are in Vienna, and photos and backups are in storage in the EU. Text for AI features is processed by OpenAI, and only when you use the feature.
Can I sell to Czechia?
Yes. Slovakia and Czechia are open, each market with its own currency, domain and invoices. We only open further countries after verifying the obligations.
Will you write my terms and conditions?
No. The admin shows which documents your market requires and gives you an editor for them. The wording comes from your lawyer.
