Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You get the document by email on the day the payment is posted, and it is also in your store’s admin under Subscription. If you need the document made out to a company other than the one running the store, write to us and we will change the billing details.
Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint about the service to info@portican.com. We will deal with it within 30 days at the latest. The detail is in our terms of service.
If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how a complaint was handled, you have the right to approach an alternative dispute resolution body, or to use the European platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
