Portican changes every week. Here you will find the updates that are already live in every store, explained in terms of what they mean for you.

If automatic credit top-up is switched on and the card payment fails, for example because the card has expired, you get an email. You find out straight away, not only once your AI features run out of credit.

When you create an order on behalf of a customer, for example after a phone call, you can add as many items and quantities as you need right away. There is no need to complete the order first and edit it afterwards, so the customer no longer gets an unnecessary request for an additional payment.

For Slovak and Czech stores: when a customer enters a Czech postcode but leaves Slovakia as the country, checkout corrects the country, tells them and recalculates shipping. Company IDs are checked against the business register. A number that does not exist stops the order, and a company name that does not match the register can be corrected with one tap, so no typo ends up on the invoice.

Build bundles from products you already sell: two items with a third one free, say, or a bouquet with a box of chocolates at a discount. A bundle has its own product page, photos and price, and the category page shows at a glance what the customer gets on top. Set an end date for the offer and customers see a countdown. When any part of a bundle runs out, the bundle stops selling on its own.

When a customer orders items you have in stock together with items that arrive from your supplier later, the order is split into two shipments. In-stock items ship straight away, the rest on the supplier date, and the customer knows what arrives when. Invoices are only issued for paid goods, and you decide what the second shipment costs: free, the same rate or a fixed amount.

Customers no longer click through five steps. They fill in contact details, delivery, payment and the summary in one form and place the order with a single button. Recommended add-ons are shown right at checkout, so they can add something to the order without going back to the store.
Setting up takes a few minutes and you do not need a card. When you are ready, you connect your domain and move to a paid plan.
