Split shipments

What is in stock ships today. The rest arrives with a date.

IncludedFor online stores

Items in stock ship right away, items from an external warehouse follow as a second shipment with a clear date.

You switch engines on in the administration of your store whenever you need them.

What you get

The customer puts two things in the basket: one you have in stock, one your supplier has. Instead of waiting for both, they get a clear plan: first shipment tomorrow, second within 14 days. And they order, because they know what arrives when.

The order splits into two, each with its own number, document and payment. With cash on delivery the customer pays for each shipment on receipt; with prepayment they pay once and receive documents for what was delivered.

Shipping for the second parcel is your decision: free, the same, or a fixed amount. Set it once and the checkout and the order confirmation tell the customer in the same words.

Everything it does

  • A shipment plan in the basket before ordering
  • Two orders with their own number, document and payment
  • The second shipment dated by the supplier lead time
  • Second-parcel shipping free, the same, or a fixed amount
  • One order confirmation with both shipments
  • An overview of split orders in the admin
