How do I give my accountant access to invoices?
Short answer
Give your accountant read-only access to the invoices, credit notes, accounting export and VAT overview of your company. The invitation goes by e-mail and access starts only once the accountant accepts it, so a typo in the address gives nobody your documents. The accountant changes nothing and sees nothing else, and you can revoke the access at any time.

Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Shop → Accountant.
Fill in “Accountant's e-mail”.
Fill in “Name or accounting firm”.
Click “Send invitation”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
