How do I cancel a booked appointment?
Short answer
Appointments visitors booked on your website, the upcoming ones first. Times are in your time zone; when a visitor lives in another one, their own time is shown as well. Cancelling frees the time for someone else and the visitor gets an email about it. When a visitor cancels from the link in the reminder email, the time frees up and you get an email too.

Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Bookings → Bookings.
Click “Cancel booking”.
Click “Yes, cancel”.
