How do I cancel my subscription and what happens next?
Short answer
The subscription will not renew. Everything runs until the end of the paid period, after that the shop moves to the Free plan.

Good to know
- If the shop does not fit into Free, for example because of its own domain or the number of orders, it keeps selling for 30 more days and then pauses. A paused shop keeps its data and a new subscription starts it again. You can undo the cancellation until the period ends.
Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Subscription and add-ons → Subscription.
Click “Cancel subscription”.
Click “Yes, cancel at the end of the period”.
Click “Keep my subscription”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
Try Portican without a payment card and see whether it fits the way you sell. When you are ready, you connect your domain and choose a paid plan.
