How do I set up cash on delivery or bank transfer?

How customers pay: cash on delivery, bank transfer and so on. Whatever you write in the instructions is shown to the customer right after they order, so for a bank transfer that text must contain your account number.
This text comes from the Portican admin, word for word as you see it on screen. When the screen changes, this page changes with it.
Steps
Sign in to your shop’s admin.
Open the “Payment Methods” screen.
Click “New payment method”.
Click “Select Payment Handler”.
Click “Create”.
