Which emails does my store send automatically?
Short answer
The e-mails your shop sends customers by itself, for example the order confirmation. Here you decide which ones go out and how their subject line reads. The ones a customer cannot do without, such as the invoice, cannot be switched off. The setting applies to the market selected at the top left.
This text comes from the Portican admin, word for word as you see it on screen. When the screen changes, this page changes with it.
Steps
Sign in to your shop’s admin.
In the menu, open Shop → E-mails to customers.
Save your changes with “Save”.
Your store can be online in a few minutes
Setting up takes a few minutes and you do not need a card. When you are ready, you connect your domain and move to a paid plan.
