How do I set up the event calculator?

The event calculator prices an event from the number of guests and the dishes chosen. Here you set the starting point of transport, the calculation rules, the menu levels and the countries served, in which the address of the venue is searched. A field you do not touch keeps following the shop file. You save the changes with Save, and after saving the ticked markets get the same settings.

We wrote the short answer ourselves. The steps and button names come from the Portican admin, exactly as you see them on screen.

1. Sign in to the Portican admin.

2. In the menu, open Shop → Event calculator settings.

3. Fill in “Latitude”.

4. Fill in “Longitude”.

5. Click “Add level”.
