How do I move customers over from my old store?
Short answer
Bring your customers and their past orders over from Shoptet, Shopify or WooCommerce. Upload the export file and first see how many customers are new, how many you already have and which rows have an error; nothing is written until you confirm. Customers get no e-mail and no password: they register with the same e-mail and see their past orders in their account.

Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Customers → Customer import.
Click “Choose a file”.
Click “Prepare a preview”.
Click “Confirm and import”.
