How do I approve a review and reply to it?

You can approve, hide or send back for approval the product reviews customers wrote, and add a store reply that appears under the review.

We wrote the short answer ourselves. The steps and button names come from the Portican admin, exactly as you see them on screen.

1. Sign in to the Portican admin.

2. In the menu, open Marketing → Product reviews.

3. Click “Approve”.

4. Click “Hide”.

5. Click “Back to approval”.

6. Fill in “Shop reply shown under the review”.

7. Click “Save reply”.
