How do I set the product sort order in a category?
Short answer
Customers choose how products are sorted with the “Sort by” list in a category and in search. Here you choose which options it offers, in what order, and which sorting applies until the customer picks one.

Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Shop → Product sorting.
Choose “Default sorting”.
Click “Move up”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
