How do I redirect an old page address to a new one?

An old address sends visitors and search engines to the new one, so a renamed category or product keeps its position in search results. When you change the address of a product or category, the redirect is added by itself.

This text comes from the Portican admin, word for word as you see it on screen. When the screen changes, this page changes with it.

1. Sign in to the Portican admin.

2. In the menu, open Marketing → Redirects.

3. Click “Add a redirect”.

4. Fill in “Old address”.

5. Fill in “New address”.

6. Save your changes with “Save”.

7. Click “Import from CSV”.
