What do customers search for and not find?
Short answer
What your customers search for in the shop: terms that found nothing, the most searched terms and terms with only a few results. A term without results often means a missing product, a different name or a typo in the catalogue. Terms are stored in lower case without accents and without anything that looks like personal data, counted per day. The figures apply to the market selected at the top left.

Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Marketing → Site search.
Click “Searches without results”.
Click “Download CSV”.
