How do I offer newsletter signup and accounts at checkout?
Short answer
A customer can subscribe to news and create an account right at checkout, without leaving the order. Both choices are voluntary for the customer and are never ticked in advance.
We wrote the short answer ourselves. The steps and button names come from the Portican admin, exactly as you see them on screen.
Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Marketing → Newsletter and account at the checkout.
Choose “Offer a newsletter subscription at the checkout”.
Choose “Offer to create an account at the checkout”.
Save your changes with “Save”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
