How do I set VAT rates?
Short answer
The percentage charged for each group of goods in each region. Careful here: this changes what customers pay. Changing a rate does not alter invoices already issued, those keep the rate that applied on the day.

Steps
Sign in to your shop’s admin.
Open the “Tax Rates” screen.
Click “New tax rate”.
Fill in “Rate”.
Click “Create”.
