How do I approve a creator’s video or report?
Short answer
Videos creators uploaded for their publication dates and the reports they sent after publishing. Approving a video tells the creator they can publish and when; sending it back needs a reason, which the creator sees in the portal before uploading a new version. Approving a report completes the date, so the creator can book another one. The AI reads the numbers from the report screenshots right after the creator sends them; you verify them in UGC analytics.

Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Creators → UGC to review.
Choose “Only waiting for review”.
Click “Approve video”.
Click “Approve report”.
