How do I message a creator?
Short answer
Conversations with creators, newest first. Each creator has one conversation with the team. They see your reply in their portal at once and get an email when they are away. Unread counts come from messages the creators sent.
This text comes from the Portican admin, word for word as you see it on screen. When the screen changes, this page changes with it.
Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Creators → Messages.
Click “New message”.
Choose “Only unread”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
