How do I set a cash on delivery fee?
Short answer
In the Bank transfer and cash on delivery block on the Card payments screen. Enter the amount including VAT in the currency of the market and save it; zero means no fee. It applies to new orders right away. You set it yourself, the assistant does not change payments.

Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Shipping and payments → Card payments.
Fill in “Surcharge for cash on delivery”.
Save your changes with “Save surcharge”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
