How do I connect my own courier account?

Your own account with the courier. The transport is invoiced to your customer number and the label carries your name, so you paste your own credentials here; we only keep them, encrypted, and never show the password again. Check them here rather than at the first real parcel. Below them you set the sender on the label, which is the address the courier returns undelivered parcels to.

1. Sign in to your shop’s admin.

2. In the menu, open Shipping and payments → Courier.

3. Fill in “Customer number”.

4. Fill in “Login e-mail”.

5. Fill in “Password”.

6. Click “Check the credentials”.

7. Save your changes with “Save”.
