What is the order cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
Short answer
The time of day after which orders ship the next working day. It moves the delivery dates a customer can pick, and it can show a countdown in the cart so they know how long they have. When too many orders are waiting to be shipped, the countdown hides itself.

Steps
Sign in to your shop’s admin.
In the menu, open Shipping and payments → Order cut-off.
Fill in “Cut-off time”.
Choose “Show a countdown in the cart”.
Save your changes with “Save”.
