How do I create a project in the client portal?
Short answer
The customer signs in with their store account and sees what you write here: the status, milestones, files and whatever needs their approval. A draft stays with you until you launch it.
We wrote the short answer ourselves. The steps and button names come from the Portican admin, exactly as you see them on screen.
Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Content → Projects.
Click “Create the project”.
Fill in “Customer”.
Fill in “Name”.
Fill in “Summary”.
Click “Add a milestone”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
Try Portican without a payment card and see whether it fits the way you sell. When you are ready, you connect your domain and choose a paid plan.
