How do I reply to an enquiry from my website?
Short answer
Your reply goes out from the store address and the visitor replies to the store inbox. Only you can see the note on an enquiry; the visitor never sees it.
We wrote the short answer ourselves. The steps and button names come from the Portican admin, exactly as you see them on screen.
Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Content → Inquiries.
Fill in “Search”.
Fill in “State”.
Click “Send the answer”.
Click “Draft a quote”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
