How do I teach the assistant to answer visitor questions?
Short answer
The assistant answers only from the material below and says where the answer comes from. What is not there, it does not know, and it says so instead of making things up.
We wrote the short answer ourselves. The steps and button names come from the Portican admin, exactly as you see them on screen.
Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Content → Visitor assistant.
Click “Copy from the website”.
Click “Add the material”.
Fill in “Name”.
Fill in “Text”.
Click “Ask”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
