How do I prepare a quote from a customer enquiry?
Short answer
Paste the text of an enquiry and the assistant reads what the customer wants and how much of it. What it costs and whether you have it comes from the price list below, never from the model.
We wrote the short answer ourselves. The steps and button names come from the Portican admin, exactly as you see them on screen.
Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Content → Quotes.
Fill in “The inquiry”.
Fill in “Customer”.
Fill in “Email”.
Click “Read the inquiry”.
Click “Send to the customer”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
