How do I open my store to customers?
Short answer
When the shop is ready, its owner opens it: customers will see it and can buy in it. Until then only the people of the shop see it, through the preview.

Good to know
- Check the invoicing details of your company. They are on your subscription invoices and on the documents of the shop.
Steps
Sign in to the Portican admin.
In the menu, open Subscription and add-ons → Subscription.
Click “Open the shop to customers”.
Start with your store, not with technical worries.
Try Portican without a payment card and see whether it fits the way you sell. When you are ready, you connect your domain and choose a paid plan.
