How do I ship one order in several parcels?
Short answer
On the order card, in the panel at the top, enter the number of parcels in the Parcels field and print the label. The field is there for the GLS and Balikobot couriers; Packeta ships one parcel. Cash on delivery and the variable symbol go only on the first parcel, and the shipment counts as delivered only when all the parcels have arrived. If the carrier rejects one parcel, the others are already with it: the platform records them, a second click does not create another shipment and you get a message about what is missing. With Balikobot the limit is 20 parcels.
