What can the store assistant change on its own?

As much as you allow. The assistant has three modes: it only advises, it makes changes once you approve them, or it makes changes on its own. Even on its own, it will not change prices, discounts or shipping without your click.

We wrote the short answer ourselves. The steps and button names come from the Portican admin, exactly as you see them on screen.

• Only advises: Reads and answers. Changes nothing.
• Changes after approval: It first shows what it's about to change and waits for your click.
• Changes on its own: Carries out even what it would otherwise put up for approval. Prices, discounts, shipping, bundles, billing details, courier dispatch, spending credit, publishing and deleting still wait for your click.

1. Sign in to your shop’s admin.

2. At the top of the menu, open Assistant.

3. Next to “What it may do”, click the option you want.
